About us

Pokème Collectables is a UK-based retailer of sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products, graded cards, and related accessories. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company. All Pokémon trademarks, card images, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Product information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Sealed products are sold as booster packs, boxes, or sets from officially licensed releases; contents are random by nature of the product and not guaranteed by us. Graded card conditions and grades are as certified by the relevant third-party grading company at the time of grading — we are not the grading company and cannot alter a certified grade.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to limit order quantities on any product. Stock is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Age restrictions

Some accessories may carry manufacturer age recommendations (shown on product packaging). Our products are not intended for children under 3 due to small parts.

Intellectual property

All original content on this site — including our logo, branding, and written descriptions — belongs to Pokème Collectables and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our site or products, beyond what's required by UK consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
