Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During busy periods (new set releases, restocks) this may extend slightly — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

UK shipping

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked services. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on the service selected at checkout. All orders are tracked, and you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

International orders

At this time, international orders are handled through our eBay store rather than this website. If you're outside the UK, please visit our eBay shop (linked at the top of our homepage) to place your order.

Packaging

Every card and sealed product is packaged with care — using rigid mailers, toploaders, or protective sleeving as appropriate — to make sure it arrives in the same condition it left us.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at support@pokemecollectables.co.uk and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and re-shipping costs for incorrect addresses may be the customer's responsibility.
